1) Abidance to Rules & Regulations:
The NGO shall strictly adhere to all rules, regulations, guidelines, instructions, and policy directives issued by the Odisha State Social Welfare Board (SWB) from time to time.
2) Eligibility & Authenticity:
The organization affirms that it is a registered and functioning NGO with valid documentation and is not blacklisted by any government agency or donor organization.
3) Transparency & Accountability:
The NGO shall maintain transparency in operations and financial dealings, and shall be accountable to the SWB for all funds or resources received or utilized in relation to social welfare activities.
4) Timely Reporting:
The organization commits to submitting all required progress reports, utilization certificates, audited statements, and other documents within the stipulated timeframe.
5) Inspection & Audit:
The NGO agrees to allow officials of the SWB or any authorized agency to inspect its records, activities, projects, or premises as and when required.
6) Non-Transferability:
The empanelment is non-transferable and any attempt to misuse the status for commercial or unauthorized purposes shall lead to cancellation of empanelment.
7) Lawful Conduct:
The NGO affirms that it will conduct all its activities lawfully, uphold the dignity and values of the SWB, and not engage in any activity detrimental to public interest or government reputation.
8) Termination Clause:
The SWB of Odisha reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or withdraw empanelment at any time if the organization is found to have violated any of the terms, or acted in contravention of public policy.
9) Communication Updates:
The organization shall regularly update the SWB with changes in key functionaries, contact details, or governance structure.
10) Acceptance of Terms:
Empanelment with the Social Welfare Board does not confer any legal right or entitlement upon the NGO for financial assistance, grants, or any form of monetary or non-monetary claim. The Board reserves the right to approve, modify, or revoke empanelment at its sole discretion without any obligation for compensation or explanation.
